There was no endpoint listening at https://management.core.windows.net/<129krejfq9weekqowe99>/services/storageservices that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
Ensure that the region (location) you select for your Azure Virtual Machine is same as the region of the storage account used in the application.
